PACEM Shelter

John Rhea has contemporized PACEM’s web page, strengthening the visual appeal and the performance of the site.

Like many non-profits, PACEM began with a very simple page created on a free software platform. While functional, the page was difficult to navigate, omitted important content. John helped PACEM think through what our needs, and how to best serve our end users – the fifty plus congregations which serve as shelter sites.

John was able to lead us through the entire process of re-design. Beginning with a set of insightful questions, John created a visual design which supported our communication goals. He expanded this design into sequential, logical content pages. Finally, he was able to provide PACEM’s staff with training on how to add content and modify pages, greatly reducing the required administrative support. It was rare to find someone who could help us through all the stages – graphic design, content outline, and training on site software. John is easy to work with, and very insightful in creating web sites that reflect the mission and operations of a non- profit organization.
